Italy condemns the large scale cyber-attacks that Albania suffered in the month of July and expresses its solidarity with the Albanian Government and the Albanian people, a close partner Country and an Ally.
The attacks targeted Governmental entities and critical infrastructures. Such behavior is unacceptable and undermines security and stability in cyberspace. Italy stands close to Albania and will continue to work with its EU partners and NATO allies to increase stability and responsible behavior in cyberspace.
